We received emails confirming our order with a date of when they were expected to be made, plus an estimate of delivery. We were amazed at how quickly the blinds arrived, we had them in under 2 weeks. The installation guide, which was included in a link in one of the emails was very helpful and there was an option for a printed version if we needed it.
