Â However as we supply only genuine custom made products, it is important to understand that manufacturing timing can vary depending upon the type of product ordered. iSeekBlinds are custom made to your exact specifications, thus they are not suitable for resale or restocking. Please be sure that you check all details thoroughly before finalising your order. iSeekBlinds takes no responsibility for products that have been ordered incorrectly.
However, if it is deemed that a fault was made in the production of the product, the product will be remade and replaced in full at no extra charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

Roller Blind Motors and Accessories
Prior to purchasing roller blind motors and accessories for our retrofit program, we strongly recommend testing that your blinds are compatible using our testing kit. The testing kits are available on our website and checking your tubes with these kits will confirm if your blinds are indeed compatible and suitable for motor retrofitting. If you opt to buy motors without first checking, and then realise they don't fit, returning the motors to us will incur a $100 re-stocking fee. We will also not be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Motors and motorisation accessories are valuable items and are fragile and easily damaged if not packaged properly. Please be aware that if you are returning them, we will expect them to be in their original condition with no damages.
