Great advice, quick turn around, easy to install.
Such an easy process from measuring to ordering and installing. They make the room so much softer and luxurious.
This was not my first rodeo ordering and installing iSeekBlinds products! It was a no-brainer when it came to ordering window furnishings for our new build. I went for the motorised roller because the drop was so long and to avoid dirty fingers on our beautiful white sheers! I have used the Bali sheer fabric before and loved its linen-look drape and weight and knew the Pearl colour would be beautiful with our Dulux Natural White walls. All of our guests make a beeline for the formal living room because it feels so good to sit in.
Renovating our 1880 two storey weatherboard Victorian home over the past 3 years has been a labour of love determining the paint colour scheme, wallpaper and finishes throughout. Whilst honouring the heritage of the home with period features like Victorian-style cornices, skirting, dado boards, fireplaces and etched coloured glass windows, we also wanted to create a comfortable, modern family feel to the home. With 3.2 metre high ceilings our decision to use iSeekBlinds for our window coverings was one of the best decisions we have made. The videos and information provided on the iSeekBlinds website along with the free fabric sample service provided all the information we needed to make the best choices and we could not be happier with the end result. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whilst the entire process from ordering through to final installation was a breeze. The fabrics we chose throughout the home were Belmore Chalk Blockout curtains for the master bedroom (to be installed soon after the timber floorboards are polished), Bali Cloud Sheers for the open kitchen, dining and living room and Linesque Delta light filtering roller blind with pelmet for the study. All the curtains throughout are wall mounted and feature black rails to match the décor of our home where we’ve used black for the door handles, cupboard handles, light switches, power points and ceiling fans throughout. As well as the aesthetic beauty that the curtains have brought to each of the rooms, they have also created a feeling of calmness and serenity in our home, bringing together a diverse range of elements resulting in a cohesive styling outcome. Our iSeekBlinds curtains have added that ‘wow’ factor and the perfect finishing touch to create a stylish and sophisticated ambience to our lovingly restored Victorian home.
We took our time to decide on the best solutions for our space. We have a long room with high windows. The existing timber venetian blinds had provided the privacy we liked but were outdated and created a very strong, linear aesthetic that wasn’t particularly welcoming in our living space. We hoped to add some softness and texture, whilst maintaining privacy, with our new window furnishings.
Looking through iSeekBlinds Instagram account helped us to decide on what would work best, so using some of the images for inspiration ordered our sample fabrics and this really helped us with our decisions. We could see how tactile the fabrics were, the quality as well as test the colours in the room at different times of day. We then used Michael’s videos to plan our space, they were really informative and easy to understand. This meant we were able to measure up and decide on the roller blind layouts with confidence., and figure out the curtain measurements (and debate our preferences!).
The ordering process was simple, and useful that you could save the order and come back to it. To our utter surprise the blinds and curtains arrived in record time. I think it was about 12 days or so.
Installing the blinds and curtains was pretty straight-forward for my handy and perfectionist husband. It probably took a full day, but we spread it across our Easter weekend. The blinds were the trickiest to get the spacing right because we had to install hard up against another wall and partly inside the window frames. But when resolved this meant the spacing was super flush and no gaps.
By Sunday we had linked the motorised blinds up to the hub and can now use our Google Home to instruct them to open and close. The cat is slightly weirded out, but we love it! The room is transformed and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We purchased our first 1970s ‘reno home’ in June 2021 with the goal of bringing it into the modern era. It came with light pink walls, candelabra wall sconces and heavy cream curtains attached to pelmets throughout the house. The house has higher than normal ceilings so we decided that ceiling mounted sheers would be the best option, giving the illusion of even taller ceilings. After doing all of our research, we ordered samples from iSeekBlinds, measured and then ordered our curtains. Michael’s instruction video on how to mount corner curtains was a god-send as we never would’ve thought to do it this way. After having such a good experience with iSeekBlinds, we then decided to order Plantation Shutters for our ensuite. These were so easy to put together and install ourselves. They’ve really given us the privacy we were after, whilst still letting in plenty of light and looking stylish at the same time. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome and feel it has completed our updated Master Bedroom and Ensuite. Now to tackle the rest of the house!
My wife and I are in the process of renovating our house and needed a blind quickly for the nursery. We chose a single block-out roller blind with a sunscreen roller blind for use during the day. The block out is perfect for our newborn son’s day naps and the sunscreen blind provides a good amount of privacy from the neighbours too. We opted for white, neutral colours for both blinds to complement the sage green walls and couldn’t be happier with the result. The blinds arrived quickly and the quality is fantastic. iSeekBlinds was recommended to us by a friend. We have been so impressed with the customer service as well, having phoned a few times for advice on styles and fabric throughout the process. We are currently measuring the rest of our house for blinds and curtains – the windows in the kitchen, main bathroom and front entrance are next! We will definitely be recommending iSeekBlinds to all our friends and family that are renovating or looking to update their blinds and curtains.
